The mobile phone repair market is a highly competitive space, constantly evolving and sensitive to consumer trends. To design meaningful solutions, we first needed to deeply understand the competitive landscape, key players, customer behaviors, and untapped opportunities. Our goal was clear: find areas where we could significantly stand out and deliver exceptional customer value.
At the outset of redesign project for the Poznań website, external company was engaged to conduct a UX audit on behalf of the City of Poznań. The audit revealed several critical issues that significantly affected the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) on poznan.pl: This project aimed to modernize the official website of the city of Poznań, focusing on simplicity, appealing design, and enhanced information accessibility.
dLibra is the first Polish system for building digital libraries. Digital libraries based on dLibra offer expanded possibilities to users, including searching the content of stored elements, searching bibliographic descriptions using a synonyms dictionary, grouping digital publications, navigating through their structure, and providing precise and expanded access rules to elements.
By creating an object map, I was able to visually present my interpretation of the user stories. The map served as a common reference point that everyone could understand and contribute to. It allowed us to break down the high-level descriptions from the feasibility study into tangible objects and attributes, which in turn made it easier to define concrete functionalities for each part of the application. This visual representation became an essential tool for our ongoing discussions.
